Day of Cyber 2020:
is designed to improve cyber security resiliency and promote cyber security awareness. The annual two-day event held at Ivy Tech, April 2-3, 2020, engages Indiana students Grades 9-12 and college undergraduate students. Students participate in a college and career fair, recognized industry speakers and panels discussing cyber security topics, trends, and careers, and competitions to validate students’ skills.
Whether you work for a healthcare system, in technology, work from home, use a cell phone or make on-line transactions...cyber security is ensuring your private information is secure. A lack of cyber-security trained employees poses a threat to your private information, business information and can have significant impact in your day to day operations.
Did you know Ivy Tech Community College - Evansville received national recognition by the Department of Homeland Security and the National Security Agency bestowed the designation for academic excellence -- which is good through 2022.
Your support of this event helps promote cyber security awareness in the state of Indiana and encourages young and college age students to consider a field in one of Indiana's fastest growing sectors. Consider being a sponsor today!
