Ivy Tech Community College has identified effective and efficient advising as paramount to student success and retention. In order to ensure that all students are on the right path to achieving their goals, advising is now a required part of the student experience every semester. This new model will help make sure that all students are on track to complete their credential. To facilitate this crucial step, Ivy Tech Indianapolis has identified mobile and group advising solutions in an effort to meet the needs of students in their environment. Updated mobile technology is crucial to allow advisors to successfully manage group advising sessions by serving multiple students at one time, virtually anywhere.
