On belhalf of the Terre Haute Surgical Technology Club, we are seeking your support to send 16 students to the 51st Annual Association of Surgical Technologists Conference. This year’s conference is being held in Atlanta, Georgia, May 28-30. Your contribution will provide an opportunity for the students to attend AST's annual conference where they will learn from leading experts and forge new relationships within their professional networks.
They will attend a one-day workshop which will prepare them for employment in their chosen fields, as well as provide "how-to" lessons on professionalism, leadership development, and building networking skills. Students will also participate in the AST Scrub Bowl. During this activity, schools participate in a competition which requires them to test their knowledge and prepare for their certification exam. The final two conference days will be spent in seminars learning about the latest technology and advancements in the surgical field.

Cover the cost of parking for one vehicle for one day. Attendees will have a total of 4 vehicles in the parking lot for 4 days.
Cover the cost of one student's conference registration. We will have a total of 16 student registrants!
Cover the cost of fuel for one vehicle for the 1000 mile round trip. It will take four vehicles to get all 16 students to the conference and back.
Cover the cost of one 1-person hotel room for one night. Conference attendee will be staying in the hotel room for four nights total.
Cover the cost of one 3-person hotel room for one night. Conference attendees will be staying in the hotel room for four nights total.
Cover the cost of one 4-person hotel room for one night. Conference attendees will be staying in the hotel room for four nights total.
