A Taste of Italy
Help us send 10 culinary students to southern Europe’s bella cucina where they’ll taste the unique flavors of this civilization through the lens of tradition—all while having enough time to stop and smell the basil.
From Milan to Bologna to Florence and spaces in-between, students will visit regional farms and production facilities, study cheese-making, and compare and contrast virgin olive oils as they are processed. They’ll devour culinary lessons that can be learned only from behind the stove, and discover the meaning of the Slow Food movement that continues to influence the global community.
At the heart of this trip is the global experience, one that changes who we are and how we interact with others, both at home and away from it.
