Dress for Success Clothing Closet:
We want our students to feel their best while studying, job searching and in the first few weeks of employment. We provide each student in need with professional attire to secure employment. Besides physically equipping our students with apparel and accessories, our program provides students with a confidence that is carried forward into class and job searches.
We Believe:
Every student has the right to realize their full potential and achieve financial independence. We believe that with the proper education, tools and action this is possible.
Poverty often affects our students the most, and its effects on them and their families can be long-lasting. Therefore, addressing simple needs like attire is central to improving the quality of life for not only that student but also their family, future generations and the community. In fact, recognizing the significant role of our students in economic development in Indiana's workforce is not only smart, but will benefit our state as a whole.
How You Can Help:
Financial donations are needed at this time to purchase the items that we need outside of clothing donations. The clothing closet will operate similar to a business but with an easy approach to serve any student in need. Your financial donation will allow a student to spend their financial resources on their daily living expenses, minimizing the impact and stress of unplanned costs.
